Nothing can hold back creativity. When Jean Deer suffered a life threatening stroke in 1997, he could no longer continue his 40 year career as a professional photographer. Twenty-four years after his stroke, challenged with aphasia and no mobility in his right arm, Jean boasts a collection of more than 20,000 drawings. Everyday, Jean expresses the emotions, ideas and words he can not say through the ink of a ballpoint pen on crisp white paper.
